Test the receiver, if no light, recharge the battery in the receiver. If the transmitter LED is out, replace the transmitter batteries. Rematch the components as shown in Step 2 of the Quick Start Guide. Check that the probes are tightened. Ensure that the probes are touching the dog's skin. Trim the dog's hair or use the longer probes to ensure proper skin contact. Never shave the dog's neck. Use a stronger stimulation level. If you cannot solve the problem by following these steps, please call 800-826-5527 so Innotek can assist you in fixing the problem. Advanced Trainer ADV-300 Troubleshooting Tips Walk through programming and synchronization. Check batteries for proper size, type, and position. Collar will not deliver stimulation: Re-synchronize and check for stimulation. Collar will not audibly tone: Re-synchronize and check for tone. Collar has solid red light: Place collar on charger for 5 min light out recharge collar Light on try to resynchronize. If it does not synchronize, contact Collar not taking charge: Check adapter and outlet Collar not holding charge: Drain collar completely and recharge 14 hours Make sure receptacle cover is in place when collar is Interference: Change the ID Code and resynchronize. Low Range: Check the antenna on the transmitter. Recharge the collar and/or change the batteries in Losing Programming: Check for contact with other magnets, or metal tags or metal collars on dog.
