The SportDog FieldTrainer 400 (SD-400 and SD-400S) is perfect for versatile training or specifically for close hunting dogs. The transmitter and receiver collar are not only waterproof, but are fully submersible. The FieldTrainer 400 (SD-400 and SD-400S) can expand to accommodate 3 dogs using the SportDog Brand Add-A-Dog� collars. The SD-400 and the SD-400S both have a "soft coat" finish making them easy to handle. The only difference between the SD-400 and the SD-400S is that the SD-400S is made specifically for the more headstrong dogs.
